My fellow Americans, Recently many people have expressed a desire for an effective economic stimulus package to help us through these uncertain economic times. Having seen the ineffectual response of the minions of the Great Teat of the Potomac, I feel compelled to offer my own open source economic stimulus package. The beauty of my program is that it will help organizations large and small, whether they sell products or services, to increase their revenues over the short and long haul. And the best part is that you can begin participating in the plan right now, free of charge, by watching this short introductory video:

I have also, as an international gesture of magnanimity, made a trade-secret-less version of this presentation available to our friends around the world! They may click on the introductory video above for more information.
If you have questions about the program, you may access our 24×7 hotline by going to the nearest mirror and asking “What would you do?”. Paid support is available at Program Headquarters.
WARNING: Participation in the program may result in increased taxes. In fact, we can pretty much guarantee it, because when your income goes up, so do your taxes. I don’t have any say over tax rates, but more income is usually better than less. Best of luck!

Mike:
Thanks for this simple, money-making video. Combined with “Theory and Practice of Customer Delight” the package points the way to higher sales and higher customer retention. I need to watch it again and take notes to make sure I get all the steps down.
Thanks for making this available.

John,
Thanks for the kind words. It took a while to get the recipe right, but I think the final product is a tasty one!
Please feel free to share this with anyone you think may find it useful.

Bob,
I do think that the two pieces you cite do go together nicely. I can e-mail you the steps if you like.

Mike,
This is an excellent presentation. I’m not sure critical thinking comes naturally to all business owners. I really like how you’ve laid out an exercise that clarifies the process, above and beyond the one-dimensional “who’s my market?” and “how much will it cost?”
Incredibly useful stuff. Nice work!
